The staff at the place were super nice and made us feel right at home, didn't even need to ask for anything, super quick service but still so chill. Right by the beach and shops, perfect for buzzing around the area in no time. Heating was top-notch, kept us cozy after I figured out how to work the radiator. 🌊 Will def be going back for another chill time, so inviting and comfy! .

If going to South Shields one more time I definitely want to stay in that area again. Overall, it's fine base for exploring South Shields attractions.

We had to wait outside for 20 minutes before the lady showed us how to unlock the door with a fob. the room was cozy, and the location near the beach was fantastic. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

i had a fantastic stay at ocean road rooms, with friendly staff always ready to help. the location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk to attractions and the beach. the atmosphere made me feel at home, like a friend for life. everything was convenient, including the park and riverside nearby. the value for the price is exceptional, and the heating was perfect.
